Mentoring
At HOME, our EmpowerHER and EmpowerHIM mentoring programs help boys and girls grow into confident, capable young leaders. With monthly sessions focused on self-esteem, emotional wellness, leadership, and academic focus, our mentors guide students through real conversations and positive experiences that last beyond the classroom.

After-School Program
Our after-school program provides a safe and structured environment where students don’t just finish homework — they discover new interests, strengthen academic skills, and build confidence. We offer targeted reading and math intervention tutoring to close learning gaps and boost classroom performance, along with creative arts, hands-on STEM challenges, fitness and nutrition activities, culinary experiences, life skills development, and more that keep students excited to learn.
SAT Prep
This high-impact course helps high school students strengthen their math, reading, and writing skills for the SAT exam. Students receive instruction from experienced educators and take practice exams to improve scores and college readiness. Our SAT Prep Program is designed to equip high school students with the skills and confidence needed to excel on the SAT. Through small group instruction and individualized support, students receive targeted practice in math, reading, writing, and test-taking strategies. Aligned with College and Career Readiness Standards, our program helps students boost their scores and prepare for college success.
Homework Help
Our Homework Help program provides one-on-one or small group assistance to help students complete assignments, understand challenging material, and stay on track academically.
Homeschool Help
Designed for homeschooling families, this program offers supplemental instruction, academic coaching, and curriculum support to enhance student learning and ensure state standards are met.
College and Career Readiness
This program equips middle and high school students with essential skills for post-secondary success. Through workshops, career exploration, resume building, financial literacy, and goal-setting, students prepare for college, careers, and life after graduation.
