Financial Assistance
HOME Mentoring & Tutoring proudly accepts the Indiana Education Scholarship Account (ESA) and Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) to help families access our high-quality academic and mentoring programs.
To qualify:
ESA Scholarship:
Families must meet the eligibility criteria set by the Indiana Treasurer’s Office, including having a child with special needs (IEP, ISP, or 504 Plan) and applying through the ESA portal.

The Debra Kizer Legacy Scholarship
In Loving Memory of a Remarkable Mother, Mentor, and Supporter
The Debra Kizer Legacy Scholarship was established to honor the life and memory of Debra Kizer—a loving mother, steadfast encourager, and guiding light whose unwavering support and wisdom laid the foundation for her child’s success. Debra believed in the power of education, perseverance, and faith, and she instilled those values every day through her words, actions, and unconditional love.
This scholarship celebrates her legacy by supporting students who embody resilience, determination, and a commitment to achieving their goals—just as Debra encouraged her own child to do. Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit continues to inspire and uplift.
Eligibility Criteria:
Open to students who demonstrate academic dedication and a strong desire to overcome personal or educational challenges.
Must provide a brief explanation of their financial need and how this scholarship would support their child’s educational goals.
